Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Delivery Support Associate in Fargo, ND for the holiday season. You will join a team to deliver, install, repair and haul away electronic devices at customers' homes, while assisting with integration and networking as needed.

You may work independently or with a partner to ensure precise installations and a high-quality customer experience, building trust and delivering value during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a team and assistive tools
• Willingness to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, and to support integration and networking

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation and ensure installations are damage-free and fully functioning
• Advise customers on product placement and recommendations for products, services, and content
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team to complete tasks
• Manage inventory and assist with vehicle maintenance in coordination with other Agents
• Process paperwork and payments related to deliveries and services
• Provide a seamless client experience from arrival to completion of service
