Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate for the holiday season. You will accompany a team of Agents to customers' homes for delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, and assist with networking integration.

This part-time role supports the team by installations, advising on product placement, and ensuring devices are fully functioning in customers' homes. You may work alone or with a partner as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools.
• Ability to install basic appliances and ensure proper function.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Provide product placement advice and recommendations to customers.
• Work independently or with a partner to complete tasks.
• Assist with inventory, paperwork and payments.
