Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Assistant to join during the busy holiday season and support a team of seasoned Agents delivering, installing, repairing and hauling away electronic devices at customers’ homes. The role is known internally as Delivery Support Associate.

You will perform installations, ensure systems work properly and advise customers on product placement and services, either solo or in a two-person team, while helping with inventory, documentation and payments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools (dolly, harness) and within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage‑free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two‑person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
