Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home sales experiences. Earn uncapped commissions with top performers reaching six figures and a base salary that starts from the lower end of the range.

You will work in the field at customer homes, conduct demos, assess Wi‑Fi, and deliver devices and service solutions to keep customers connected. The role requires travel to assigned markets and a readiness to engage customers during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Upselling skills that increase customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T products and services through in-home appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Engage with warm prospects provided by AT&T and follow a scheduled cadence.
