Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth.

You will manage high-volume fulfillment, hire and train associates, and maintain compliance with food safety and company standards in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology and fulfillment systems.
