Qualifications

• 1+ years of phone-based sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through solutions by following up with customers who received quotes and guiding them to the right home services.
• Maintain high-touch outreach with 80–100 daily touchpoints (calls, texts, emails) to engage homeowners and maximize conversions.
• Bridge sales and operations by coordinating with field technicians for seamless handoffs and accurate expectations.
• Own the daily pipeline and revenue targets while participating in team goals and ongoing training.
• Ensure customer retention through proactive communication and long-term relationship building.
