Job summary

Hiller is seeking a Project Manager to work with customers through in-home sales consultations, assess homeowner needs, and develop/present replacement or upgrade proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years sales experience, knowledge of industry equipment, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably in home services or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and conduct in-home sales consultations.
• Follow-up on sales leads and manage both technician- and self-generated lists.
• Educate customers on service offerings and present replacement/upgrade proposals.
