Job summary

Casa is seeking a Project Coordinator to own home-service projects from intake to completion. You will triage requests, define scope, evaluate vendors, and drive execution across multiple concurrent projects.

You will collaborate with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to keep scope, pricing, and timelines clear, ensuring quality outcomes. This hourly contract role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in coordination, operations, property management, or hospitality.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear plans of action.
• Confident working with vendors, comparing options, and making recommendations.
• Clear, effective communication across phone, chat, and written channels.
• Owns tasks and follows through to closure, with a long-term, company-first mindset.
• Enjoys building and improving processes in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Project Intake, Scoping & Coordination: triage requests, define scopes, manage multiple active requests.
• Vendor Sourcing, Estimate Comparison & Negotiation: evaluate vendors, compare estimates, recommend best value.
• Project Execution & Oversight: actively manage timelines and blockers, ensure quality outcomes.
• Member & Stakeholder Communication: primary contact for homeowners, set expectations, provide proactive updates.
