Job summary

Orkin in the United States is hiring a Home Services Inspector. You will learn termite protection services, perform comprehensive home inspections, and present practical pest solutions to customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.
• Compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain solutions.
• Build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes.
