Formación

• At least one year of customer service experience in a residential service industry.
• Experience booking service appointments and supporting a busy service office.
• Strong phone skills and the ability to build trust with customers quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Turn incoming calls into scheduled service appointments by listening and asking the right questions.
• Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
• Gather and document customer information, service concerns, and appointment details.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff to support scheduling and changes.
• Keep customers informed about appointments and service updates.
• Resolve routine concerns with empathy and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to prevent missed details.
• Learn garage door services and help customers understand available options.
