The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced office setting.

The position offers a $14.00/hour base pay plus uncapped commission, with typical total compensation of $21–$24/hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience (customer service, call center, retail or sales).
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, motivated, and goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with sales-oriented conversations and requesting appointments.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems.
• Typing speed 30 wpm or higher.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to Groundworks customers.
• Schedule return inspections and service appointments for installed Groundworks systems.
• Build rapport with homeowners and provide a professional, positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on Groundworks services and the importance of maintaining their systems.
• Document customer information, call activity, and appointment details in company systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with customers.
