Qualifications

• Good computer skills and ability to use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and warm outbound follow-ups to Groundworks customers.
• Schedule return inspections and service appointments for installed systems.
• Build rapport with homeowners and provide a positive experience.
• Document customer information and appointment details accurately.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while adapting to priorities.
