Job summary

Groundworks, a North America leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is seeking a Service Appointment Representative. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service inspections, and build rapport with homeowners to support ongoing Groundworks systems.

The role emphasizes customer experience, meeting appointment and performance goals, and educating customers on services. Competitive base pay with uncapped commission offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, retail, call center, sales, or other customer-facing experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, motivated, and competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals.
• Comfortable having sales-oriented conversations and confidently asking customers to schedule appointments.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to existing Groundworks customers.
• Schedule return inspections and service appointments for previously installed Groundworks systems.
• Build rapport with homeowners and deliver a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction.
• Educate customers on Groundworks services and the importance of maintaining their existing systems.
• Identify customer needs and confidently communicate the value of recommended services and appointments.
• Meet individual and team appointment, performance, and customer experience goals.
• Accurately document customer information, call activity, appointment details, and follow-up in company systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while actively engaging with customers.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business priorities, processes, and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
