Job summary

Groundworks, the leading foundation repair and water management company, seeks a Service Appointment Representative at our Virginia Beach HQ. You will handle inbound calls, perform warm follow-ups, and schedule inspections for existing systems, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will educate customers on services, identify needs, and communicate value while meeting individual and team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, retail, call center, sales, or other customer-facing experience is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to existing Groundworks customers.
• Schedule return inspections and service appointments for previously installed Groundworks systems.
• Build rapport with homeowners and deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
