Responsibilities

1. Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
4. Interact with customers by setting expectations and explaining the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Act as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based tasks

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
