Responsibilities
- Complete award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting expectations and explaining the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based tasks
Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight limits
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
- Work in various weather conditions
