Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barrier for energy efficiency.
3. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
4. Interact with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
5. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solution tailored to each customer’s needs.
6. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided handheld device for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

• No experience required—training provided!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
