Responsibilities
Where and how will you serve customers?
- Complete our award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills necessary to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
- Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
- Interact with customers by setting expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Complete all service-related documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications
What do you need to succeed?
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
- Qualified applicants will be considered in accordance with applicable laws
Work Environment
Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight limits
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
- Work in various weather conditions
