ADT is seeking motivated Sales Advisors to visit customers in their homes and demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You will tailor each installation to the client’s space and needs, then follow up post-installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy solving problems. Travel within a designated territory is required; compensation includes uncapped commissions and paid

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfort using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
