Job summary

ADT Security Services in Wisconsin is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes. You will explain products in depth and tailor recommendations to each household, working closely with customers and teammates.

This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions; a top earner can exceed $150,000 per year. New hires can earn up to $4,000 during the first 8 weeks of training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: be a reliable advisor customers can count on during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
