Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative in the Fort Worth area to help customers find affordable housing solutions and close sales with integrity.

You will manage the sales process from inquiry to financing, maintain customer satisfaction, and work evenings, weekends, and some holidays to meet targets and grow the business.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or business experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional activity with customers throughout the purchase process.
• Achieve sales goals including home sales and profitability.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify customers' needs and assist in selection of a home.
• Obtain credit information and work with manager to secure financing.
• Obtain down payment prior to ordering the home.
• Close contracts with customers and manage orders.
• Utilize follow up systems to track activity and results.
• Follow up on sales leads from advertising, telephone and website.
• Identify local marketing opportunities for new business.
• Proactive follow up with prospective customers.
• Availability: must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
