Job summary

Cavco Industries, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Texas to drive home sales and profitability.

You will maintain client relationships through the purchase process, identify needs, and secure financing with management support, while working toward aggressive sales targets. The role requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic environment and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in sales or business.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional business activity with customers throughout the purchase process
• Achieve sales goals including home sales and profitability
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identify customer's needs and provide realistic assistance in selection of home
• Obtain credit information and work with manager to secure financing for customer
• Obtain customer's down payment prior to ordering the home
• Close contract with the customers
• Complete and manage orders with customers
• Utilize follow up systems to track activity and results
• Follow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website
• Identify local marketing opportunities for new business
• Proactive follow up with prospective customers
• Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
