Sekisui House U.S., Inc. seeks a results-focused sales representative to guide homebuyers through the new home selection and purchase process across multiple communities in Washington.

You’ll coordinate with Construction, Design, Marketing and Transactions to access current product details, timelines, and availability, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. This rotating role covers Pierce and Kitsap counties, requiring regular travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple buyers and maintain accurate records.
• Experience handling sales documentation and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective homebuyers through the selection and purchase process.
• Conduct community tours and present floorplans and options.
• Prospect and generate new sales leads via referrals, events, and online channels.
• Prepare, review, and finalize accurate sales contracts and documents per policy.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, progression, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Construction, Design, Marketing and Transactions for timely information.
