Job summary

D.R. Horton, America’s Builder, is hiring Sales Representatives for the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa division. You will manage the sales process, provide superb customer service, help buyers find their new home, and ensure a smooth buying experience.

Compensation is 100% commission-based with a 2% commission on every home sold, as a W-2 employee with benefits and flexible weekend schedules. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing real estate career.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; daytime/nighttime driving possible.
• Ability to travel between communities as needed.
• Currently licensed to sell real estate in Alabama (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and challenges in the homebuying process.
• Communicate D.R. Horton’s value, vision, and capabilities to meet the customer’s goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, colleagues, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process.
• Develop networks and source new sales opportunities.
• Create marketing plans for establishing new customer relationships.
• Attend Sales Meetings.
