D.R. Horton, America’s Builder, seeks Sales Representatives for the Birmingham/Tuscaloosa division. Role focuses on guiding buyers through the home purchase, presenting DR Horton’s value, and building lasting client relationships.

You will work from model homes, drive between communities, and manage a fast-paced commission-based environment. Earn 100% commission with 2% commission on every sold home; W-2 benefits apply.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing real estate career.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between communities as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer goals and challenges in homebuying.
• Communicate DR Horton’s value, vision, and capabilities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, realtors, colleagues, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the homebuying process.
• Develop networks and source new sales opportunities.
• Create marketing plans for establishing new customer relationships.
• Attend Sales Meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and reliability.
