Job summary

Mungo Homes in Greer, SC is seeking a Sales Assistant to support sales personnel through customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and event coordination. You will greet customers, manage leads, prepare contracts, and assist with model homes and sales centers.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Real estate license, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required. Weekend hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Valid SC Real Estate License and a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Minimum state-required automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about the community, available properties, floor plans, pricing, features, etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing contracts and change orders, opening/closing the sales center and model homes, and coordinating maintenance of the sales center.
• Arrive at your assigned model at least 15 minutes before the scheduled opening time; be prepared to greet the first customer.
• Assist with event planning, set-up, and clean-up for realtor outreach and community events.
• Show prospective Buyers homes and homesites for sale in assigned communities.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed about market trends and sales techniques.
• Enter and assign new leads in the marketing database; document daily traffic and assist with reports for management.
• Provide timely follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
• Attend required company training and professional industry events as requested.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Marketing to plan, promote, and facilitate marketing events.
