Job summary

Fischer Homes seeks a motivated Co‑Op/Intern to support the construction team in Florida. You will work with Field Managers through the new home build process, communicating with trade partners, vendors, and customers to track progress and resolve questions.

You will participate in PACE eLearning and Sapphire training to learn scheduling, PO management, and warranty administration while observing home orientations and gaining practical knowledge of home construction.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Field Managers to support the build process from start to finish.
• Communicate with trade partners, vendors, and customers on progress.
• Observe home orientations and participate in scheduling and warranty service basics.
• Develop understanding of construction knowledge through varied job scopes.
