Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks qualified Respiratory Therapists to educate, train and monitor patients using ventilators, PAP therapy, home oxygen, and other respiratory equipment in patients' homes.

You will assess needs, coordinate with physicians, and ensure care aligns with individual medical conditions. Per diem/per set-up pay applies with the flexibility to create a personalized schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Credentials as a respiratory therapist (RRT/CRT) preferred but other medical credentials may be acceptable.
• Must be licensed in primary state of home office as required by state law and provide license copy.

Responsibilities

• Educate, train and monitor patients using ventilators, PAP therapy, home oxygen and other respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients on equipment use and maintenance and ensure compliance with physician's prescription.
• Set up and monitor highly technical respiratory equipment in patients' homes.
