Job summary

Lincare Holdings in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Respiratory Therapist / Nurse to join a growing homecare team. You will set up and educate patients on CPAP/BiPAP, ventilators, and other equipment, ensuring safe operation per physician orders.

Role includes patient visits across the territory, on-call duties after hours and weekends, and maintaining patient records with accreditation standards. Training and development opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold applicable state license or certification for clinical practice.
• Reliability to visit patients across assigned territory
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance per policy

Responsibilities

• Set up and educate patients on home medical equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, vents, and oxygen devices.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure safe, effective operation
• Review prescriptions and patient data to determine appropriate treatment per physician orders
• Maintain patient records in compliance with accreditation standards
• Keep up to date with respiratory homecare techniques and concepts
• Work on-call after hours and weekends as needed
