AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Respiratory Support Technician to deliver direct and indirect patient care across home, office, and clinical settings. You will train teammates, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure efficient, compliant service delivery while supporting compassionate care for patients in the community.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, coordination with respiratory staff, and a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction within a dynamic home-care environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Medicare-certified HME environment preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Respiratory staff to provide equipment instruction and troubleshooting.
• Set up PAP devices and masks, and communicate setup instructions clearly.
• Conduct follow-up calls/visits to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and simple repairs per policy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Promote services to community referral sources as appropriate.
