Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Retail Outside Sales representative in Wilmington, NC. The role involves visiting homeowners to measure, present the Pella product line, prepare quotes, and explain pricing to meet replacement window and door needs.

You will build product knowledge, maintain competitive comparisons, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales growth and close percentages in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and highly motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Pella product line directly to homeowners.
• Visit customer homes to measure, present products, and prepare quotes.
• Explain pricing to satisfy replacement window & door needs.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and competitive comparisons.
• Provide excellent customer service and seek referrals.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and communicate ordering details.
