Pella Windows & Doors is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to sell windows and doors directly to homeowners for replacement projects. You will conduct in-home appointments, present Pella solutions, and work toward first-time closes, following a structured selling process.

You will also generate self-sourced referrals and maintain relationships to drive sales goals. The role requires evening and Saturday availability, strong product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Motor vehicle record must comply with company requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and prioritize responsibilities.
