Responsibilities

• Lead homeowners through a structured sales process from inquiry to signed agreement.
• Conduct in-home and office consultations to clarify scope, design direction, timeline, and investment level.
• Develop clear project proposals that align client expectations with our build process and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimating, and production to ensure profitable sales.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities with timely follow-up and clear communication.
