Job summary

Entrusted is seeking a Pre-Construction Consultant to sell reconstruction services through expert estimating, problem-solving, and customer care. This role blends field work, relationship-based sales, and administrative follow-through, offering independence, growth, and meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners after property damage, assess reconstruction needs, guide them through next steps, and set projects up for success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize.
• Comfort with field-based responsibilities and customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners on-site to assess reconstruction needs and explain next steps.
• Serve as a consultative sales professional guiding clients through the pre-construction phase.
• Document damages, photos, sketches, and scopes of work accurately and submit within 1 business day.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during estimating and file care.
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email to manage expectations.
• Travel to customer homes, job sites, and meetings.
• Split time between field and office with daily prep work.
