Pro Work in Sanford, FL is seeking an In-House Sales Consultant to guide homeowners through the early stages of their remodeling journey, from initial consultation through preconstruction. Build trusted relationships, understand client vision, and help move projects confidently toward construction.

This consultative sales role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, gathering project information, and preparing preliminary budgets in collaboration with estimating and production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling, construction, home improvement, or home services.
• Background in consultative sales, homeowner sales, customer consulting, estimating, or business development.
• Confidence discussing project budgets and helping homeowners make purchasing decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and homeowner consultations.
• Meet clients in their homes to understand remodeling goals and priorities.
• Take field measurements, photos, and gather information for estimating.
• Prepare and present preliminary project budgets and recommendations.
• Educate homeowners on the remodeling process and assist with decisions.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and leadership for smooth handoffs.
