Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You will conduct 360 inspections of homes, understand termite protection services, and make strategic recommendations to protect homes and families.

No industry experience is required—Orkin provides award-winning training and tools to succeed. You’ll have the opportunity to earn significant income (base plus commissions), a company vehicle, and a full benefits package including 401(k) and insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers.
• We will follow all applicable federal, state and local laws in employment.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions, winning customers with confidence and care.
