Orkin is hiring an Home Sales Inspector in the United States to lead comprehensive home inspections and present tailored pest protection solutions. You’ll work with a proven brand, receive award-winning training, and have opportunities for leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and nearby areas.
• Win customers with confidence, clarity, and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with support from a marketing budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain products and services.
• Explain the inspection findings and set expectations with customers.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
