Orkin Home Services is seeking a Home Services Inspector in the United States. You’ll perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, understand termite protection, and make strategic recommendations to protect homes and families.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships
• Win over customers with confidence and care
• Prospect new business and follow leads to generate appointments
• Explain Orkin’s products and services to customers and set expectations
