Job summary

Orkin in New Bern, NC is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to protect homes with termite protection services and strategic recommendations. The role blends sales acumen with home inspections, offering potential to earn a strong first-year income and advance with a leading pest control company.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care by listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and make recommendations based on findings.
• Prepare sales agreements using a company provided iPad with training provided.
