Orkin is seeking an energetic Home Sales Inspector in Charlotte, NC, offering a path to leadership and growth within a recession-resistant pest-control leader.

You will perform 360 termite inspections, present strategic pest solutions, and build trusted relationships with homeowners. The role features first-year potential earnings of $80K, a company vehicle with gas card, comprehensive benefits, and a robust training program to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Explain practical solutions and win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with homeowners to discuss Orkin's products and peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the home and explain the process and set expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
