Job summary

Peterman Brothers in Indiana is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair systems, build trust with homeowners, and deliver five-star service. This role avoids on-call duties and uses a company vehicle.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm, with top earners averaging $45+/hr and a potential sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. Base pay ranges from $24-$35/hr plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Hold a current EPA certification.
• Can diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently.
