Job summary

Peterman Brothers is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Ohio. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities, with no on-call and a company vehicle. Home every night.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, explain options to homeowners, and deliver five‑star customer service while keeping the truck clean and organized. Requirements include 2+ years of residential HVAC experience and EPA certification; able to troubleshoot independently

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Current EPA certification
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems independently
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes
