Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing is seeking a Home Performance Expert (Outside Sales) to help homeowners improve comfort, energy efficiency, and health in Northwest Washington. You’ll meet clients in their homes, evaluate needs, and propose solutions beyond equipment replacement.

Ideal candidates are relationship-focused, self-motivated, and strong communicators who can educate customers and collaborate with installation teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or HVAC/home performance experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check may apply

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess comfort, home performance, and energy-efficiency needs
• Present clear recommendations and solutions with a customer-first approach
• Prepare accurate sales proposals and coordinate with scheduling and installation teams
• Travel within Barron service areas and maintain a professional appearance
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and drive growth
