Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking an Assistant Buyer for UO Home to plan product purchases, study trends, manage samples, and report accurately. You will help curate a customer-oriented mix and determine quantities, price points, and product mix to meet demand and sales goals.

You will support the Buyer in assortment decisions, stay on-trend, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious orders and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with fashion/merchandising concepts and market trends.
• Experience interpreting data and feedback to drive assortment decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and vendors to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Buyer in determining product mix and market/private label selection.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and seasonal influences to guide assortments.
• Manage samples, organize by classification and season, and log photos.
• Update assortment sheets and run basic analyses using available tools.
