Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to Apria patients in the home. The role requires a valid driver’s license, DOT compliance, and a minimum of three years driving history.

You will pull, pack, deliver, and pick up equipment while maintaining accurate delivery logs and patient documentation. Responsibilities include assisting patients with basic equipment use, performing routine vehicle checks, and handling on-call deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one year related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, packs, delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
• May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment and other equipment/services.
• Loads and unloads durable medical and infusion equipment onto delivery vehicle.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls during regular business hours and on-call.
• Completes paperwork including daily delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs.
