Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to provide in-home delivery of durable medical equipment to Apria patients, supporting patients across communities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and compassionate customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with a strong driving history. Training programs and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 3 years driving history required.
• Successful completion of Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.
• Must meet job-related requirements to comply with DOT and FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients in the home.
• Pull, pack, deliver and pickup medications, supplies and basic equipment.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Load and unload equipment onto delivery vehicle.
• Complete daily delivery logs and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Notify supervisor if home safety concerns are observed.
