Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Delivery Technician to provide home delivery of durable medical equipment to our patients. The role includes loading, delivering, and retrieving equipment, and may involve patient instruction on basic use of respiratory devices.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. On-call shifts and travel within the service area are expected.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of related experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver durable medical equipment to patients in the home.
Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and other equipment as approved by regulations.
Load and unload equipment for delivery and pickup.
Respond to delivery calls during business hours and on-call as needed.
Complete daily delivery logs and related paperwork.
Maintain patient profiles and report any safety concerns.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report malfunctions.
Support with equipment cleaning and repairs as needed.
