Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to bring durable medical equipment to patients' homes and support setup and basic instruction for equipment use. You will load, deliver, and pick up items while maintaining accurate delivery logs and following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at hire date.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, packs, delivers and picks up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
• Instructs patients on basic use of respiratory therapy equipment and durable medical equipment.
• Loads/unloads equipment onto delivery vehicle and ensures proper documentation.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls during business hours and on-call.
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance and reports malfunctions.
• Follows safety, confidentiality and DOT/FDA compliance and reporting procedures.
