Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to efficiently deliver durable medical equipment to patients in their homes. You will also handle loading, unloading, and basic equipment care, while documenting deliveries and pickups.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving history. English proficiency is required to communicate with patients and team members effectively.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Minimum of 3 years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up durable medical equipment and supplies to patients' homes.
• May instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and durable medical equipment.
• Loads/unloads equipment onto delivery vehicle and maintains related paperwork.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls during business hours and on-call.
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance and reports malfunctions.
• Notifies supervisor if unsafe home environment or other concerns are observed.
