Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering home medical equipment to patients and providing equipment setup and patient education. You will follow patient orientation checklists, adhere to routes, inspect vehicles, and maintain safety in loading/unloading processes.

Minimum one year of professional driving experience with a valid license is required; healthcare background is a plus. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work a flexible schedule including on-call

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience; home care/healthcare background a plus.
• Valid Driver's License; meets DOT/FMCSA requirements; ability to read and understand DOT/FDA paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment per orientation checklists.
• Adhere to routes and schedules; maintain safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle; ensure safety loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and internal staff.
• On-call rotation during evenings and weekends for medical emergencies per policy.
