Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to provide equipment setup and patient education.

You will follow patient orientation checklists and adhere to routes, while maintaining a professional image and complying with all safety regulations. This role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift, and strong communication skills to interact with patients and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interact well with patients and staff.
• Ability to read and understand DOT and FDA paperwork.
• Basic computer skills for logging and communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety.
• Build positive relations with patients and team members.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
